These Terms of Service govern your use of the Syvidea website and the sourcing and advisory services offered by Syvidea. By using the website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. What Syvidea does

Syvidea is a sourcing and advisory service. We help customers worldwide choose, compare, and source local AI workstations built on the AMD Strix Halo / AI Max+ 395 platform. Hardware is sourced from tier-1 OEM partners and exclusively configured by Syvidea for local AI applications.

2. Sourcing model

Workstations are sourced from trusted hardware partners who handle manufacturing, design, and assembly. Hardware warranty is provided by the OEM; Syvidea coordinates warranty support and escalation as needed.

3. Quotes and orders

All orders are quote-based. A written quote is provided for each request and must be approved before payment is taken. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Prices, configurations, and availability are subject to change until the quote is approved and payment is confirmed.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken via a payment link or deposit arrangement after quote approval. We do not store payment card information on this website.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and delivery windows are confirmed in the quote. Customs duties and applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly included in the quote. See the shipping page for details.

6. Warranty and returns

Warranty is provided by the partner brand per the partner brand's published terms. Returns and refunds are handled per the refund policy.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or the servers or networks connected to the website
